As Headteacher, it is a privilege to be part of such a talented team of teachers and support staff with such motivated children and supportive families. At Abbots Green, we take great pride in providing your child with a joyful, secure atmosphere where they are challenged and inspired to learn in all aspects of our curriculum. We welcome any chance to actively engage students in our curriculum through activities like a Night at the Museum, puppet shows, or even the Daily Mile! challenge. We pledge to educate the whole child as a school. We believe that children's personal, academic, physical, creative and social developments are all important and enable us to develop confident, independent, self-evaluative learners throughout the school. Children at Abbots Green take on roles and responsibilities in school with pride, and they like having to look out for one another. Despite being a big primary school, we take pleasure in preserving a family atmosphere where staff members collaborate to make sure every child realises their potential. As a team, we speak with parents frequently to share knowledge and recognise accomplishments. I appreciate any feedback on our school and am constantly looking for ways to improve parent-school communication. I strongly believe in having a "open door" attitude and am looking forward to working with you as a member of the Abbots Green neighbourhood.
