Albert Einstein, 1879–1955, once said, "I never teach my pupils; I merely give the conditions in which they can learn."
The goal of The Woodlands Way is to establish a setting in which kids can grow and develop in environments that are supportive of their success. We have embraced the "Family Grouping" methodology, in which young children are encouraged to play, learn, and develop at stages that are relevant to each individual child's needs rather than just their chronological age.
Family Grouping is a notion we use to assist kids grow up responsible for themselves and their activities and to become competent, self-assured, independent, and cooperative people.
Every child, regardless of age, stage, or ability, should achieve – goals, expectations, and full fulfilment.
Self-awareness, mindfulness, inclusivity, understanding of all families, children, and teamwork are all aspects of respect.
Environment: A place that is safe, healthy, all-encompassing, conducive to learning and teaching, and where people can feel at home.
