Girls are only accepted as day students at the autonomous, specialty Wilds Lodge School for boys and girls with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, ages 5 to 19. The school's Education Health and Care Plan is in place for each student (EHCP). It was started in 2007 with the intention of giving our kids' educational, social, and psychological growth equal weight. The success of the school is largely attributed to its solid ethos, which was created by an exceptionally skilled and experienced faculty, as well as the quality of its staff-student interactions. There are currently fewer than 90 pupils enrolled in the school, a tiny portion of them are day students, and it draws students from Local Education Authorities across the country. Even though it offers fortnightly boarding, most students visit their families once a week in reality. According to the students' chronological ages, social needs, and levels of maturity, they are divided into five residential houses. Autistic Spectrum Disorder and social, emotional, and mental health challenges are the predominant needs of SEN students at the school.
