Watoto Pre-School

Watoto PreSchool is a nonprofit organisation.
In 1996, local parent caregivers started a tiny local crche. Since then, it has grown into a sizable organisation, and today we employ personnel and oversee a top-notch, inclusive preschool in Sheffield.
Initially, parent caregivers saw a market void for high standard and inclusive childcare and education.
They want child care that supported their children's overall development in preparation for school and allowed parent caregivers to pursue chances for job, education, and training.
Being the best daycare provider in the city was and is still the aim.
The Black Women's Resource Centre (BWRC), located at 68 Burngreave Road, made the choice to expand and change its name to BWRC Children's Projects in 2005 as a result of the tremendous demand for childcare.
This change in location allowed us to help more parent caregivers and saw a 50% rise in the number of youngsters using our services.
Watoto Pre-School continues to grow and enjoys a stellar reputation both inside and outside of the neighbourhood.

In addition to offering top-notch services, our preschool is also genuinely inclusive and multi-cultural.
