Warwick Community Playschool

The Warwick Community Association runs the autonomous Warwick Community Playschool, which is open exclusively during school terms. We provide sessional care for kids between the ages of 9 months and 5 years. We also provide a few neighbourhood groups. We have put a lot of effort into developing an outstanding offering that has received an Outstanding rating from Ofsted.
We are located in the bungalow on the Kingsway Estate in Wellingborough, which is the location of Warwick Primary School. This gives us a fantastic opportunity to provide our kids individualised attention and support their transition into the larger learning group.
We have been fortunate to obtain money and gifts to start transforming our facility so that it provides a setting that stimulates kids to explore the world, encourages kids to learn at their own pace, and, ultimately, helps kids thrive.
The staff has put forth a lot of effort to create an attitude that permeates the playschool. Our goal is for every child in our care to realise their full potential while having fun and taking pleasure in the wonder of childhood.
We base our curriculum on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We plan for learning based on the children's needs and interests, making the most of each moment.
