At Unity Montessori, all the friendly and warm teachers hold either an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy or a Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy (Early Years Educator Level 4).

Kate had a successful 10-year career in the arts, playing both domestically and abroad after receiving her professional training in musical theatre.
Kate began the National Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy at MCI after investigating the approach. There, she received the Birts Bursary and was named Lead Student Representative.
Hannah worked as a Director for an Investment Bank for 10 years.
After having her own children, she left The City to pursue a career working with children.
Prior to completing her training as a teaching assistant at Association Montessori Internationale, Hannah established and oversaw local toddler programmes and drop-ins for preschoolers (AMI).
She later earned the International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy from MCI and began working as a teacher in a Montessori daycare with a strong emphasis on creativity.
Hannah transitioned to teaching and worked at MCI as a group tutor and lecturer for the Foundation Degree in Montessori Early Childhood Practice, CERT HE, and Diploma Course (Early Years Educator).
Sarah studied at Montessori Centre International to earn the International Diploma in Montessori Education after earning her degree, travelling, and working in Africa.
Returning to East Africa and collaborating with an NGO to help early childhood education in rural areas was the goal.
Life plans had to change, and so Sarah started to work in an East London school, teaching in nursery and primary classrooms, supporting children with different needs, and supporting students in the evenings at MCI.
Sarah transitioned to a full-time teaching position at MCI, where she lectures on the Foundation Degree course and the Early Years Educator degree. She also supports students' welfare, mentors new graduates, and offers individualised CPD for settings, among other things.
She received a high honourable mention in the 2015 Nursery Worlds Trainer of the Year competition.
