At Top Tots Daycare, we work hard to create a rich, engaging, and challenging environment where our kids may grow in terms of their bodies, minds, emotions, and social skills. The nursery accommodates each child's unique demands and rate of growth. We expand on the knowledge that kids already have while respecting their origins. We always encourage our kids to do new things in an effort to help them attain their full potential and develop into contributing members of society. By doing so, we help them become independent, resilient, perseverant, social, and accepting people.
As a multicultural and multilingual community, we value diversity and encourage respect for it. Through staff development, parental feedback, or peer-to-peer observation, we are able to continuously analyse and improve our practise since we operate in a self-reflective environment. Our top emphasis is always the kids, and we make sure they have access to materials that stretch and push them so they can improve and refine their talents.
