Tolleshunt D'Arcy Pre-school

Tolleshunt D'Arcy Playgroup was founded in 1976 in the village hall of Tolleshunt D'Arcy by a group of neighbourhood volunteers to offer a pre-school experience for children in the community between the ages of 2 and 5. Since then, it has changed and grown into its current form, which aims to offer all the amenities of a modern pre-school while preserving the fundamental components of a community run service. We provide services to the D'Arcy neighbourhood, as well as youngsters from Tollesbury, Tolleshunt Knights, Tolleshunt Major, Goldhanger, and nearby Tiptree. In April 2014, we relocated to a wonderful classroom at Tolleshunt D'Arcy Primary School. From the time kids are two years old until they enter school, we offer a warm, safe, engaging, and enjoyable atmosphere for them. We also adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
