Tollerton Playgroup

The Tollerton Playgroup was founded in 1965 and provides services to residents of Tollerton and the neighbourhood. We have 26 kids between the ages of 2 and 5 registered for each session. We maintain close ties with the neighbourhood and its educational institutions. We are members of the P.L.A. and as such support their mission to promote the growth and education of children under the legal age of compulsory schooling by providing adequate play facilities for all kids, regardless of ethnicity, culture, religion, means, or aptitude.
Our goal is to give all of our kids a secure, engaging atmosphere where they can grow to their greatest potential. Within the daily schedule and the activities offered, we hope they feel content and safe. We teach all of our kids to respect one another and themselves by fostering their self-assurance, self-worth, and sense of worth.
