Tipton Toddlers Day Nursery

Because we place a high priority on staff development, we give our nursery employees the chance to pursue further education with our assistance. Additionally, our staff has received training in early childhood education, paediatric first aid, child protection, food hygiene, and health and safety.
To encourage them to obtain Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and Early Years Teacher Status, we are collaborating with our team to provide them NVQ Level 2 6 in Early Years.
This gives us a great chance to train our own employees from the start of their careers and assist them in moving up to senior positions. Our nursery has already gotten a GOOD rating from Ofsted, demonstrating the positive effects of our staff's growing knowledge, skills, and talents.
As we think a teacher-led nursery is beneficial to the kids' learning, we also have two qualified teachers on staff.
