The pre-school playgroup is run by a committee and has been in existence since 1968.
The committee is made up of both staff members and non-staff people, most frequently parents of playgroup participants.
The committee is ultimately in charge of the playgroup's money, assets, employees, regulations, and procedures as well as its health and safety.
It's crucial to have a committee that represents the opinions of parents and staff so that any queries, worries, or fresh suggestions may be voiced, heard, and taken into account.
The future of the playgroup is something that all committee members care deeply about.
Each committee member is committed to helping the playgroup continue to prosper.
You can participate as much or as little as you wish on the committee; no prior experience or specific talents are necessary.
