The Willows Day Nursery

Since its inception in 2004, Naturally Curious Childcare has worked with nurseries for young children. Its initial facility, Pebbles, was located in Farnborough.
Pebbles is now a widely regarded nursery in the neighbourhood offering top-notch care to many families after years of labour, sweat, and tears.
The staff team at Stepping Stones Day Nursery in Eling, Southampton, which has received an Ofsted Outstanding rating, was acquired by us in 2018; they adopted our philosophy and approach and have handled everything with grace and efficiency.
Our newest nursery, which is located in Basingstoke, has been christened The Willows Day Nursery to better reflect our corporate philosophy.
We think this location has great potential, and we have some big plans, such as housing our head office management staff, adding more hours, hiring a chef to provide those delicious home-cooked meals, and creating a brand-new infant area in January 2020.
We are very fortunate to have a top-notch personnel group under the direction of our area manager, Emily Suttling.
As our Curiosity Approach Champion, Emily has been at the forefront of recent group-wide nursery upgrades and expansions.
She works with the managers to assist the nurseries enhance their processes, planning, quality, approach, teaching and learning, and fantastic learning environments while ensuring that all the kids are loved and cared for in their respective nurseries.
Each manager has complete authority over daily operations and the ability to assemble their own staff teams; they have done a fantastic job of assembling the best teams to look after your children.
Each nursery has an own atmosphere, and the teams are involved in the daily setup and application of the strategy.
Neil Dudman, the nursery director, constantly checks in on the settings to make sure we're upholding the greatest standards.
Neil is renowned for being skilled with a drill and is frequently tasked by the team to construct and develop new fun things for the kids, but his major responsibility is to take care of the nurseries' business operations, marketing, and to be available to lead the team as a whole.
In the nursery industry, Neil is renowned for his coaching and mentoring of other nursery entrepreneurs around the UK.
