The Granary Nursery School

The Granary Nursery School is located on a functioning farm in a rural area outside of Framlingham.
Both classrooms have access to sizable outdoor play spaces, enabling teaching and learning to take place both within and outside of the building.
We provide a variety of games and equipment for the kids to utilise at their discretion in our outside spaces.
Children love ride-on toys like tractors and trailers, and these and other toys with wheels frequently serve as the focal point of creative play while also promoting the overall growth of the children's gross and fine motor abilities.
All snacks and meals are prepared on site and the Nursery cook works hard to develop a healthy and balanced menu across each week.
For lunch, the kids all eat together and are seated at separate tables with an adult.
Additionally, we promote decent table manners and the proper use of utensils.
The nursery is licenced by OFSTED.
We adhere to the staffing ratios for the age groups in our care and follow the EYFS.
Staff members are motivating and emphasise good behaviour.
In order to guarantee that we are modernising and evolving our practise to serve the kids in the best way possible, all staff members are encouraged to enrol in professional development courses.
