School governors play a crucial role in schools by offering strategic leadership and accountability.
The Governing Body, which is made up of all of the Governors, performs the following important duties:
The last year has been unlike any other, yet despite the epidemic, the school has continued to run and offer essential instruction and assistance to students.
We are now planning to bring back many of the well-known features of school life, such as residential and day trips, a wide range of clubs and activities, and themed days and weeks.
We aim to keep providing a wide range of extracurricular activities to encourage a lifetime love of sports, music, theatre, art, and science.
Promoting Learning for Life, fostering effective teamwork via Working Together, and inspiring everyone to "Reach for the Stars" are all parts of our common vision for the school.
The organisation and efficiency of the school depend on the work of the school governors.
Six times a year, the whole governing board convenes to support and criticise all facets of the institution.
Governors visit the school on a scheduled basis to look at particular facets of school life.
