Steve is Brittany Ferries' Port Operations Manager in Plymouth.
Steve has been a Trustee with Routeways since 2007 and is a skilled operations expert.
Glenn responded that he is a trustee for two reasons: first, I want to improve people's lives, so when Routeways approached me to join, I couldn't pass up the chance because that is at the core of everything we do; and second, I am dyslexic and I have met many people who have conditions like dyslexia and are highly intelligent, but who have believed that they can't achieve anything because of their condition, so it helps me to demonstrate to those that they can achieve anything despite their condition.
Lindsay changed course after twenty years of working with children and families in Plymouth and Devonport when she realised she needed to take care of her father full-time.
As one of the trustees, Lindsay stated it is an honour to challenge and support Routeways.
