The Ark at Waddington Pre-School

We employ a wide range of people who have all undergone extensive training to care for your child.
All employees are certified in paediatric first aid, and most also have food hygiene certificates and have gone through safeguarding training.
Each year, all staff members must complete a minimum of four days (pro rata) of training to stay up to date.
South of the city of Lincoln, in Waddington, a preschool called The Ark at Waddington runs out of a village hall. Children who attend the setting come from the RAF base and the nearby communities, and the hall is adjacent to the base.
The environment is designed in accordance with the national framework outlined by the government in the Early Years Foundation Framework.
Our goal is to make everyone feel at home as they engage with our child-led, adult-guided philosophy.
