The school is NOT good. Teachers used to be good but the school hired teachers who don't give a S. about the students and only there for a paycheck. The headteacher always takes things too seriously, my child was absent because of illness and they called Council saying I was trying to keep them at home. YES, BECAUSE OF AN ILLNESS.. They tell me what to do with my child, HELLO? I am the parent,...
TVS is a terrible school, led by an ableist NT leadership team. They have such a dramatic staff turnover you’ll never be sure who’s teaching which class, and most staff that’s left have no interest in supporting neurodivergent kids. My child has terrible trauma from having attended there, it will take us all years to recover from that experience. There are many children who arrive at the school with severe behavioural issues which are not...
This school is bad. I left year 11 last year and I came out with more trauma than I came in with. They never use any form of verbal deescalation in the slightest. People have left that place needing intense therapy. That school is disgusting never send your child here if you want them to come out mentally sane.
It's not a good school. Teachers don't care. Headteacher doesn't care. They just force you to do a lot of things. The walls are broken, idiot children keep smashing things, mould everywhere. Do not take you child here at all costs. It is horribly depressing as well, none of the child here are happy. I've seen children with scars from self harm because. How bad the school is.
