Ideal for tennis enthusiasts who don't necessarily want to play professionally but yet love the game and want to improve their skills so they may compete well in recreational competitions at the club, school, and county levels. Our Academy programme delivers the structured training required, if the child is willing to put in the time and effort required to improve quickly. Because they have been at home so much lately, young people have struggled, but we can finally set them free. The time is now to introduce your child to tennis because it is one of the more social sports that is available and has many beneficial social and health consequences. We provide weekly classes and summer camps for people of various ages and academic backgrounds. Attendance is free and open to everybody. Together with the esteemed Tennis Avenue School, our High Performance Program strives to develop the next generation of champions. Only those who are ready to fully commit to training and competition will be accepted (and who also match our high standards for effort, behaviour, and mindset). The programme is customised to the objectives and requirements of each player and combines technical, physical, and mental training with access to a top-notch internal medical team for injury prevention and treatment. Suitable for both absolute beginners and seasoned players, this game is social and pleasant! Cardio tennis is the best cardio activity you can do while listening to music. Three of our weekly sessions have openings. Our outdoor hard courts are open to the general public. Reservations must be made by 5 p.m. on school days and 1 p.m. on weekends in order to guarantee a spot.
