After registering with us, your child will be assigned a key worker who will be in charge of monitoring their growth while they are a student at Tenderlinks.
All of our childcare professionals must hold a BA in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent NVQ certificate to ensure that we can provide the best levels of care (Level 3 or higher).
All of our employees must undergo a DBS check prior to starting work, and we have a thorough induction procedure in place for all new hires, so we are certain that everyone on our team is qualified to provide high-quality early years day care.
We utilise Famly childcare management software to routinely update parents and caregivers on their child's development and daily schedule.
All of the personnel at our nurseries are required to abide by the best practise agreement that we have established.
We think that this agreement gives parents peace of mind that all of the kids in our care are safe.
