Activities: Children enjoy a variety of experiences to help them develop their language and communication skills.

Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: Staff provide different props and resources for children to use to re-enact their favourite stories.

Communication: Staff work with parents closely and together devise support plans.

Programs and Resources: Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported well.

Staff Training: The setting's special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) knows the children well and has a good understanding of their individual needs.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: New staff joining and existing staff taking on new roles. Staff are supported well by leaders and managers.

Safeguarding Training: Managers and staff have a comprehensive understanding and implement procedures to protect children from harm.

Play and Learning Integration: Children learn to count, take turns, negotiate spaces and remind others to keep quiet while they play hide and seek.

Diversity Management: Most of the staff are bilingual and provide opportunities for children to use their home languages.

Child Safety Management: The premises are safe and secure, and staff are vigilant to identify and minimise risks to children's safety.

Happiness and Settling: Babies and young children build sound relationships with staff and receive comfort, reassurance, and cuddles.
