The values of Suffolk New College are openness and trust, a culture of learning to support all staff, platforms for all staff to voice opinions, concerns, and views, participation in decision-making, recognition of, appreciation for, and celebration of achievement and success areas, actively encouraging and making time for continued professional development, making time to generate new ideas and experiment, and appreciating and respecting differences. The funds are being used to cover the costs of small-group tutoring in English, algebra, and other disciplines for 16 to 19-year-old students when there has been a disruption in class. performance in math and English for the GCSE High Grade (94) for the previous three years. The strategy plan for Suffolk New College was developed after input from important participants, staff members, and customers. The Plan outlines the College's aspirational goals for the ensuing five years.
