All of our employees have undergone DBS checks and have received LEVEL 3 childcare training or are currently working as childcare apprentices. To continue their professional growth in the Early Years, our staff members regularly attend training sessions both on-site and off-site. They are also fully trained in first aid.
For more than 20 years, I ran Sudbury Town Nursery School while working. In my nursery, I take great delight in being hands-on. As what they learn in their early years is the cornerstone of their growth and will always stay with them throughout their learning journey, it was my ambition to establish a nursery for the children of our future. I've received training in paediatric first aid and child safety. I am also the designated safeguarding person for the childcare.
Miss Maria has worked entirely at Sudbury Town Nursery School for more than 20 years in a professional role with children. Miss Maria has had training in SEN, paediatric first aid, and safeguarding and is qualified to be a member of the Designated Lead Officer Safe Guarding Team.
