The education we provide is individualised since every child is a distinct individual who will learn in a different way and at a different pace. We don't want to impose; instead, we value the ideas and thoughts that the kids have to say and use them to guide their learning and growth. Learning is a collaborative process where teachers and students work together to gain knowledge in a demanding setting. We teach our kids to develop appropriate social skills through the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, as well as to be accountable, self-assured, and autonomous. We make sure kids grow self-esteem, empathy, and respect for other people. Always setting high expectations for behaviour is encouraged. By encouraging respect for many religions, cultures, and lifestyles, we hope to improve children's understanding of the world. We aggressively promote the recognised British Values of democracy, rule of law, individual liberty, respect for others, and tolerance. The Strawberry Fields Golden Code, which fosters the virtues of kindness, civility, politeness, patience, hard work, tenacity, diligence, sharing, and willingness to learn, serves as the foundation for Strawberry Fields' Early Years curriculum. The Golden Code is condensed into a brief acrostic to aid children in remembering these principles.
