Whether you are a service user, an employee, a participant, or a volunteer, you have the right to feel safe and protected when you engage with any of our programmes. Nothing is more essential to us than the protection of children, young people, and adults at risk who engage with Imagine If Trust. When a nonprofit organisation, we will make sure that we have the proper safeguarding personnel, procedures, and systems in place to systematically monitor and reduce the risks to our stakeholders and to quickly and effectively address safeguarding concerns as they arise. How our safeguarding approach accomplishes this is outlined in this policy. In order to safeguard children, young people, adults at risk, as well as themselves and their coworkers from harm, we try to create a welcome workplace where our safeguarding practises are widely recognised and openly addressed.
