Stepping Stones Pre-School

Preschool Stepping Stones is situated in the picturesque countryside of Clipston, Northamptonshire.
We strive to offer the finest standard of early years learning and childcare from our location in the Grade 2 listed schoolhouse at the centre of the village.
We are happy that the fundraising efforts of our committee allow us to have a generous staff-to-child ratio (of at least 1:5), allowing the team to provide each child's needs and interests their undivided attention.
We pioneered the weekly Forest School programme in our community and now offer it to all preschoolers enrolled in the programme.
Children may learn via creative outdoor play in a natural setting thanks to the Forest School.
In 2015, we started using the specialised online diary for early years learning called "Tapestry," which documents all the learning and fun of young children's education.
We were thrilled to maintain our Outstanding status throughout the Ofsted inspection in 2016!
It has consistently been a top-notch preschool, with a "Outstanding" grade in both of our most recent inspections, in 2008 and 2016.
In Clipston, there is still a meadow known as "Stepping Stones" where individuals could bridge Sidom's Ford, a branch of the River Ise.
