Stepping Stones Day Nursery and Nursery School

A purpose-built location of somewhat more than half an acre is where Stepping Stones Day Nursery and Nursery School is located. It has a sizable, well-equipped outdoor play area with a mud kitchen, a sound garden, climbing walls, a sand and water play area, automobiles, bicycles, and much more. In our natural garden, you'll find wild flowers and bug hotels. Our free-flow approach allows the kids to use the outside spaces whenever they choose. Every day from Monday through Friday, 7.30 am to 6 pm, we are open (excluding Bank holidays). Your child will receive individualised care and attention thanks to an efficient key person system. Depending on your child's interests and developmental stage, activities are selected for them. Parental involvement is strongly encouraged because by working as partners, we can give your child the finest early learning experience possible. We use Tapestry, an online learning path where you can view your child's development, subsequent phases, and pictures. Please feel free to add to this and let us know about any events that have taken place that are not related to work, such as holidays and special interests. We provide before and after school care throughout the entire year. For West Witney School, we additionally provide a drop-off and pick-up service. Our HOLIDAY CLUB is open over the school break and has a tonne of fun activities planned for the kids, who will benefit from a low staff-to-kids ratio (as opposed to some holiday schemes where children can become a face in the crowd).
