For each youngster, we run a key person system. The key person for your child will collaborate with you to ensure that we meet your child's needs and interests. Your child's key person will assist them in settling in and make sure they take advantage of the activities while they are with us. Spend quality time with each youngster, fostering and promoting their independence while also attending to their needs. We always have copies of our policies available for your review. These are updated frequently and kept on the parent's table. Our policies aid us in ensuring that the service we offer is of the highest calibre and that each child's and their parents' time spent at our facility is enjoyable. The payments are due in full in advance of the term. Even if kids aren't there, fees still need to be paid. Please let the manager know if your child will need to be absent for a prolonged amount of time. In the term after their third birthday, your child is entitled to 15 hours of free time every week. You will be given the full entitlement if there are enough days left. Any special requirements a child may have are taken into consideration as part of our policy to ensure that our provision satisfies the needs of each individual child. We adhere to the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice 2014 and the 1993 Education Act's provisions. We acknowledge that parents are their children's first and most crucial teachers. All of our staff members consider themselves to be your partners in providing for your child's care and education.
