The Committee's responsibility for the Nursery's overall management and efficient operation is crucial.
It collaborates closely with the nursery manager and staff to assist with a range of duties, including building upkeep, fundraising, health and safety, and assistance with staff recruiting.
The Committee's work is interesting, meaningful, and frequently a lot of fun.
The Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary are the three primary positions on the Committee, but there are other regular jobs as well.
helping with nursery staff hiring, paying salary, and handling employment contracts.
The Nursery's smooth operation depends on the Committee, and participation is fulfilling and exciting.
Additionally, you don't need any prior experience to influence others.
You can choose to give as much or as little time as you have available and there are many ways you can help the Committee.
