I'm happy to welcome you to the website for St. Augustine's Church of England High School. We are a diverse school of many faiths and cultures with a clear Christian ethos. I hope the material is helpful to you in giving you the most recent details about our school. St. Augustine's is a vibrant and successful 11-19, fully comprehensive school in Kilburn/Maida vale where we encourage everyone, to "be the best that they can be". Our goal is to make decisions that are in the best interests of the children or that enhance their learning so that they can enjoy their time at school. We want every student to graduate from our programme with the knowledge and skills needed to continue learning throughout their lives and to serve as a positive role model for others. By instilling common values and an awareness of their surroundings, we hope to equip them to be global citizens. To improve the learning chances for our students, we think it's crucial to collaborate with people from all walks of life. At St. Augustine's, each pupil is given individual attention. Because of this, every student receives a personalised learning plan and pastoral care that works for them. We are really keen to receive the views of students, parents/carers and members of the local community and want to act on ideas to improve our school. We also value our position in the larger community and are open to suggestions about ways to build partnerships both locally and globally.
