SSE Outdoors has been providing outstanding and exciting outdoor activities to young people in some of Somerset's most beautiful sites for over 70 years at its four breathtaking venues on the Mendip and Quantock hills.
Our specifically designed outdoor education programmes enable children to safely challenge and develop their special abilities while having a TON of fun. We place a high value on each student's personal growth.
To give children and young people the best results possible, SSE Outdoors collaborates closely with other elements of the Support Services for Education (SSE) programme, which is part of Somerset County Council.
All of our customers should have interesting and enjoyable outdoor experiences with us in order to create lifelong memories.
We're always searching for professionals in the outdoor business who share our values, have similar perspectives, and aim to provide outstanding customer service and excellent activity delivery.
Many of our centre managers have advanced throughout the organisation, and we run an annual apprenticeship programme.
