We at Squirrels want to build a friendly, lively community that will support kids and their families. Our goal is to offer a nursery that is stimulating and demanding while also being safe and secure. We involve all members of the learning community—families, staff, kids, and other stakeholders—in the development of an effective nursery. Every child can experiment, discover, create, and take chances in this environment, allowing us to strive for excellence. We see every kid as a special learner. We can respect each person's distinctive talents if we recognise that every youngster learns in a different way. Squirrels understands the value of first-hand experiences, particularly for the development of motivated learners. Local discussions, encounters, and visits from parents and other adults aid our kids in understanding how their community functions. We ask kids for their opinions and incorporate their suggestions as we design the curriculum. Staff members foster the interests of the kids and promote teamwork. All of our kids are urged to use resources on their own to foster independence and critical thinking. We believe that outdoor learning is essential for children's development on all levels.
