The staff is directed by a manager with extensive knowledge of the early years who has also owned and operated a nursery in the past. In order to provide high quality child care, we place a focus on frequent training and stay current with the early years foundation stage curriculum (EYFS) and Ofsted inspection criteria.
We have a strict hiring procedure in place and all of our staff members have their backgrounds examined by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) as we work to provide top quality child care.
