The success of our working relationships with schools depends heavily on our ability to deliver consistency and conduct ourselves professionally.
Before the start of any contract, our team will request to visit the school so they may spend some time getting to know the location, the school's behaviour policy, and the teachers.
All of our coaches have at least one National Governing Body award with a minimum level 2 qualification.
All coaches must also pass an improved DBS check, an emergency aid or paediatric first aid training course, and a workshop on safeguarding and child safety.
We make an investment in our personnel by offering training on how to deal with difficult behaviours, giving them the knowledge and assurance to make sure all the pastoral requirements of working in a school environment are met.
