Smartie Pants Tetney

It is the intention of Smartie Pants to make our provision accessible to children and families from all sections of the community.
We will ensure that the existence of our childcare is widely known in the local community.
We will ensure that the description of the setting and its practices demonstrates how the setting enables children and/or parents with additional needs to take part in the activity of the setting.
Children will be admitted according to our Ofsted registration based on their age.
We will endeavour to be flexible regarding attendance to accommodate the needs of all parents.
Funded places will be offered in accordance with the code of practice for Early Years Education Entitlement and any local conditions at the time.
Smartie Pants encourages prompt payment but recognises that at times some parents/carers may experience financial difficulties.
Smartie Pants will endeavour to arrange a payment plan that is acceptable to both parties, enabling the children to continue to attend.
Should a child not attending the setting for two consecutive weeks without any form of communication between parents/carers and the setting the childs place will be terminated and the parents/carers will be invoiced accordingly.
Should arrears be continuing to build and no attempt to make a payment plan or cover any outstanding fees made then unfortunately we will have no further options other than to terminate the childcare place.
Smartie Pants is registered with Ofsted therefore where appropriate parents/carers are able to claim tax credits.
