In addition to offering coping mechanisms through a variety of imaginative and enjoyable activities to young people between the ages of 8 and 18, SMART offers a range of treatments that integrate Cognitive Behavioral, ACT, and DBT therapy.
SMART stimulates personal growth, supports each young person's needs, and supports unique requirements. SMART works closely with families and assists in recognising triggers, learning preferences, and offers solutions that are entertaining and beneficial for life.
As trained and seasoned SEN professionals, we are aware that certain kids might require extra assistance in order to feel secure and participate in the same activities as their classmates. This is made possible by SMART's distinctive teaching methodology and our welcoming staff. By participating in our programmes, participants' mental health and wellbeing will be greatly improved, according to published research from SMART.
It has been established that schools do not know how to meet young people's basic needs and do not have the expertise to teach the social, emotional, personal development, life skills, or resilience that these kids will require as adults.
