On Wednesday, June 24, or Thursday, June 25, 2020, all students who have been offered admission to the College for the fall of 2020 will be asked to attend Welcome to College Day. This event is essentially a sample session for all aspiring students, giving you the opportunity to try your subjects and ensure that you are picking the best ones for you! You may get a preview of what to expect from the 2019 event in the video below, which also promoted it. Nearer the time, more details regarding the 2020 event will be available. From 9.30am to 2.15pm or 3.30pm, the event is taking place (depending on your course choices). Students who stayed till 3.30 pm had the opportunity to learn more about different courses in case they wanted to switch their subject. Only during this optional final session of the day may forms to request a change of subject be submitted. Have inquiries? To learn the answers, visit our page on frequently asked questions. Welcome to College Day is a terrific opportunity to learn more about the enrichment activities you might participate in during your time at College, in addition to getting a taste of your academic courses. We strongly suggest all kids to choose an enrichment activity to take part in because it's a terrific opportunity to meet new people and it looks excellent on applications for college, training programmes, or jobs. The alternatives available to students include non-academic choices including music, theatre, dance, sport, and much more as well as academic choices directly related to particular courses or career options (known as Specialist Academies). For more information, refer to the Enrichment Guide.
