SFC Academy Mercure

UEFA Licensed Level 1 and 2 Futsal Coach Scott Shulton founded and is the CEO of SFC.
His qualifications as a football coach include the FA Youth Awards 1, 2, and 3, as well as UEFA B Level 3.
Scotts has now coached throughout all age groups, from U7-U16s, for a variety of professional academies.
Scott, who was only 22 years old, worked in the QPR 12–16 age group phase.
In 2021 Scott was approached to go and work for Cat 1 Premier League club West Ham where he heads up the preacademy U7s and works with the U8s.
Scott began playing football at the age of 9 and spent two years with the Watford Academy.
SFC Academy was founded in 2014 as a result of all of his experience.
Scott saw a demand for an academy locally many parents encouraged him to take the leap as there was a need and a want to develop their childrens talents further.
In 2017 Scott re-signed back for Braintree before signing a year contract for Hemel Hempstead.
Scott is driven to succeed and is tenacious.
He has an inbuilt hardworking nature to want to get the most out of every child who comes to SFC.
