For more than 20 years, Stuart and his wife have been offering child care in the neighbourhood. At the moment, Ladybirds Nursery in Bracklesham and Four Plus Nursery in East Wittering each receive two consecutive "Outstanding Judgements" from Ofsted.
Stuart now serves as a Maintained Primary Governor on the Schools Forum.
After graduating from high school and becoming certified as a nursery nurse (NNEB), Mary worked in a number of childcare facilities, including a residential children's home, a day nursery, and a registered childminder for nine years until joining the WSCC Early Childhood Service in 2000.
has spent the last 15 years promoting and creating childcare programmes that cater to the requirements of parents and their families.
has been happy to contribute to the Selsey Community Nursery team ever since "retiring" in the summer of 2015.

Our idea, which first aimed to rescue the nursery, has evolved into a desire to offer an excellent childcare facility where both our children and those of the neighbourhood may thrive and gain from it.
