Here at Seasons Nursery, we take a different tack.
In our opinion, there is no one ideal approach to teaching children, whether it be conventional or unconventional.
All children are different, all unique, and with this in mind we have blended the most beneficial elements of traditional nursery education with nurturing influences to create the best standard of daycare in the Stroud and Stonehouse area.
The Early Years Foundations Stage requirements are balanced with other educational ideas in Seasons Nursery's philosophy to create a warm, quiet, and loving atmosphere where kids are free to explore, play, and learn.
Drawing on the influences from theorists such as Steiner, Montessori and the RIE approach, we have developed our kindergarten to reflect unique philosophy, creating a nurturing environment in which we believe children will develop the skills needed to be ready for formal education.
By the time our children move from nursery care on to school, they are confident and independent, have a positive self-image and self-esteem, and have learned the necessary skills to benefit from formal education with a love for learning that will last a life time.
