Children are given the time and space at Sandcastles by our compassionate, qualified staff to play, explore, make decisions, chat, build, imagine, examine, doze, explain, draw, sing, dance, run, leap, relax, paint, sketch, dig, splash, listen, snuggle, take turns, negotiate, and giggle.
We consider it an honour to partake in your child's daily discoveries, empathise with disappointments, and outfit the nursery both inside and out to suit each child's preferences and requirements.
Children's learning is integrated through play, which combines social, emotional, sensory, linguistic, and physical development. Children's work is play. Staff members put in a lot of effort to build and maintain strong relationships with parents. Working in partnership with other professions is just as effective.
The staff team has received recognition for its superb communication, proactive attitude, and highly successful execution of all established tasks.
Excellent effort is made to promote children's health. Children are quite energetic and may play outside every day in any weather.

Staff continually lower themselves to children's levels, take the time to listen to what they have to say, and provide clear explanations to help address any concerns or uncertainty to ensure that children feel heard.
The extremely successful key-person system and well designed settling-in arrangements aid in the children's sense of security and confidence building.
