At The Royal School, we recognise the value of a broad, engaging curriculum in preparing our students for the next level of learning as well as for their current and future roles as global citizens.
The Royal School's Christian vision statement states our mission and outlines where we are going. It also explains why we do things.
At The Royal School, we strive to be big thinkers, resourceful, independent, and resilient as well as kind, honest, and team players in order to brighten up our communities and the globe.
The biblical idea that God has given us a responsibility to light up the world serves as the foundation for our vision.
"You are now on a hilltop with a light stand, so SHINE! Keep your doors open and live a generous life." 5:15 in Matthew
A sense of celebration and an emphasis on all that is real, noble, pure, lovely, admirable, wonderful, and praiseworthy are woven throughout our vision, values, and mission statement.
"If something is excellent or desirable, ponder about such things," the proverb says. "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable." 4:8 in Philippians
The attitude shared by all members of our learning community is encapsulated in our school's mission and vision statements. It was conceived and built by us all between 2016 and 2020, and it serves as the foundation for all activities at The Royal School.
