Ripponden Pre-School

The local committee-run Ripponden Pre-School has been in operation since 1970. Ripponden Pre-school is to offer parents and children a service that supports equality, values diversity, and collaborates with the local community in order to provide children of pre-school age with high quality care and education. is lavishly cared for and given attention due to our high child-to-adult ratio. has the opportunity to participate in cooperative learning activities with kids and adults. is given assistance to expand on their existing knowledge, which advances their learning and growth. is enrolled in a nursery school that views you as the parent as a collaborator in assisting your child's learning and development. And in a preschool where parents influence the services it provides. During the academic year, the Ripponden Pre-School is open five days a week from 9 to 3 pm. You can make these sessions longer by letting your child stay for lunch from 11:45 to 12:45. Preschool can be attended by children for a minimum of two sessions each week, however if you just need morning sessions, only two of those can be scheduled. This is to guarantee that parents who want to schedule full-day sessions can do so. The Early Years foundation stages, which run from birth until the end of the school year in which a child turns five, are fully followed at Ripponden Pre-school.
