I'm Francesca, and I'm in charge here at the nursery Ready Set Grow.
I had a baby boy in 2017 and became a new mother.
For the past eight years, I have worked with kids in both home and school settings, gaining expertise in both areas. For the last two of those years, I have also served as a staff leader and mentor.
I opened a nursery, worked there for two years, and raised my son while while pursuing my master's degree in professional practise and education at Northumbria University.
