Rainow Pre-School

Our warm, imaginative pre-school, which is located in the picturesque village of Rainow on the outskirts of Macclesfield, offers sessional daycare for up to 24 children ages 2 to 4 every weekday from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm, the majority of whom continue on to the renowned Rainow Primary School. An elected committee made up of parents and caregivers who provide their time, expertise, and resources is in charge of managing the pre-school. Since most of our kids enter the reception class at the same time, we have informal ties to Rainow Primary School. One of our outstanding staff members will meet your child each day, and because we use a key worker system, one employee will be responsible for closely monitoring your child's growth. The staff-to-child ratios are 1:4 for kids under 3 and 1:8 for kids beyond 3. We welcome visits from local experts throughout the year and celebrate holidays, occasions, and international festivals with unique activities, shows, and initiatives. Rainow Pre-School was founded in 1971 and is a part of the Pre-School Learning Alliance. It is registered with Ofsted. It is managed by a volunteer management committee of parents and is a recognised charity (reg. charity no. 1043182).
