Presmere Day Nursery

In July 1991, Presmere Day Nursery made its debut.
Since then, the nursery has expanded from having six children registered to 23.
The nursery includes a cosy baby area where we try to meet the specific needs of each infant and make sure that their care is similar to what takes place at home.
In the baby room at Presmere Day Nursery, infants are cared for from the age of three months to about twenty months, depending on when we feel they are ready to transition into the main nursery.
The baby room and the main area frequently interact with one another.
One nursery nurse is always assigned completely to the care of the infants.
Our goal is to give the infants in our care a cosy, secure environment.
Each infant will have a daily routine sheet to keep track of everything they did during the day. At the conclusion of the day, the page is given to the parents.
The infants in our care will have learning journeys to document their unique learning and development in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage, much like the rest of the nursery.
