Peter Pan and Tinkerbell Pre-School

This Community Center was one of four Community centres in Harlow when it was founded over 50 years ago. These facilities were all built as a part of the Harlow New Town Development Corporation, which was initially co-financed by Essex County Council and the Harlow Development Corporation.
The Association is a registered charity, and its trustee board, which is made up entirely of volunteers, is in charge of overall management. Anyone who is willing to show interest in the centre and devote a little time to us and our programmes is welcome.
The Association's mission is to make it possible for anyone to host an event that will improve the quality of life for residents of the neighbourhood by providing affordable rental space for rooms and halls. while securing our own economic survival.
In order to strengthen our relationships to the community and broaden our selection of options as we develop together, we would like to take this occasion to welcome new groups and activities to the centre.
