We collaborate at Little Waltham C.E.V.A. Primary School to encourage others to strive for greatness. We do this in a setting that is distinctly Christian, where our mission and core principles guide everything we do. The entire crew collaborates to provide the children in our care with the finest possible care. In our school, we often showcase many different examples of excellence. The work is displayed across the school and is shared by both students and staff. To assist one another, the students, and their families, we all work flexibly. Children can explore the same ideas or topics through collaborative learning across all year groups during whole-school curriculum weeks. The School Council gives students a voice, and we work to put kids' suggestions into practise to enhance instruction or the learning environment. We have all participated to making whole school worship videos during the epidemic so that the kids could still gather for worship together. The eight values that the staff, governors, and students selected—Creation, Endurance, Forgiveness, Koinonia, Reverence, Service, Trust, and Wisdom—reflect the goals we have for every student, encouraging a high level of moral and spiritual reflection and challenging them to take accountability for their own actions. We hold the view that God created all we require on earth, and that it is our duty to take care of it. We are aware of the implications of our ideas, words, and deeds as well as the real worth of things.
