From the School
Park House School and Tram House School are independent special schools run by BeyondAutism Schools for kids and teenagers with autism. According to a federation-style concept, each school is registered separately with the DfE, but all are governed by the same elected BeyondAutism Schools Governing Body. The Senior Leadership Team of the BeyondAutism Schools works at both institutions. A head of school oversees each institution. Jon Ascot is the Head of Tram House School, whereas Kieran Bird is the Head at Park House School. Together, with assistance from the Senior Leadership Team, they are accountable for both schools' teaching and learning, every student's accomplishment and progress, the curriculum, and the day-to-day operations of the schools. We promote our ethnic diversity at Beyond Autism Schools. All of our students have substantial communication needs, and many of them come from homes where English is a second language. Many different languages, including Arabic, Bengali, English, German, Punjabi, Portuguese, Spanish, and Urdu, are spoken by our kids. Students that need additional language support at school work with a variety of qualified experts who are adept at instructing language acquisition using a variety of strategies and methodologies. Our functional communication method at BeyondAutism helps students to communicate in a variety of ways. Our students are evaluated to determine which kind of communication will benefit them the most, and instructional strategies are then developed to give our students a variety of communication options. For additional information about our teaching methods, please refer to our SEN Reports.
