From the Oxford Day Nursery
Here at Oxford Day Nursery, welcome.
Since 1991, our family-owned nursery has been operating in Redbridge's Loxford Ward, next to Loxford Park.
We are a loving, joyful, open, and welcoming neighbourhood where kids may study with assurance.
Children learn through play, and we give them the material materials and emotional support they need to advance in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Our goal is to establish a calm, secure environment where kids can feel at ease and at home.
Our nursery is the happiest when the children feel free to reach their full potential while making new friends.
For all 3 and 4 year olds, there are 15 free hours per week.
Owner, manager, and Early Years Foundation Stage provider of Oxford Day Nursery.
Having started out as a certified childminder before founding Oxford Day Nursery in 1991, Lorraine Long has over 25 years of experience working with children under the age of five.
The Perinatal Parent Infant Mental Health Service, Redbridge and Barking/Dagenham Speech and Language Therapy Services, and Community Social Work Team are just a few of the outside organisations that Lorraine collaborates with while running Oxford Day Nursery on a daily basis.
Redbridge Early Years and Childcare Services offers regular training and updates, which Lorraine and her colleagues attend.
Children between the ages of 2 and 5 can enrol in our nursery at any time.
Part-time or full-time care is available year-round from 8 am to 6 pm.
We collaborate with families to provide flexible childcare solutions that work for them, whether children need full-time care or only during the school year.
