Positive Relationships: Commits to treating others with respect, viewing parents as partners in education, and embracing the key person method.
Enabling Environments: Commits to monitoring, organising, and evaluating students while assisting each child, the classroom, and the larger context.

Commits to play, exploration, active learning, creativity, and critical thinking as well as other aspects of learning and development.
